The rent includes all utilities — high-speed WiFi, electricity, water, gas, and trash services. You’ll also have access to fully furnished common areas like the kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. Some locations may include additional perks like parking or outdoor spaces, which we’ll confirm during your tour.
Do you have availability now?

How do I join the waitlist?

No, currently we only offer housing to single adults.
